4. Recipients & Processors
We use service providers for hosting, email, web analytics, CRM, ticket/service management. These process data according to Art. 28 GDPR/DPA based on DPA/AV agreements. Data is only transferred to third parties if legally required, contractually necessary, or covered by consent.
5. Data Transfer Abroad
Due to technical reasons, data may be transferred to countries outside Switzerland/EEA (e.g., USA). In such cases, we use recognized safeguards (adequacy decisions, Standard Contractual Clauses/SCC), or rely on legal exceptions.
