The Opale series electric ovens are perfectly suited for baking traditional Neapolitan pizza. This line is developed to handle intense work productions, in a word, “productivity.”

In the production of this line of electric ovens, particular attention has been paid to both the cooking temperature (470 C°) and the productivity (cooking time = 1 min.), providing greater insulation in areas where heat dispersion is most concentrated.
